EMDR Basic Training

EMDRIA-Approved EMDR Basic Training with Dr. Niki Serravalle, PsyD, LPCMH, NCC. This complete 50-hour program (20 hours live didactic, 20 hours supervised practicum, 10 hours live consultation) trains licensed and license-eligible mental health professionals in EMDR therapy, grounded in Francine Shapiro’s Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model and the eight-phase standard protocol. You will learn history taking, AIP case conceptualization, target sequencing, and the safe use of bilateral stimulation, and you will practice in small triads with real-time feedback. Training is delivered live via Zoom and organized in Teachable; cameras must remain on so faculty can monitor engagement, safety, and skill development. Tuition is all-inclusive and covers consultation and course materials. Upon completing all components, participants may describe themselves as “EMDR trained” or as having completed EMDRIA-Approved EMDR Basic Training.
